This plugin automates the creation and maintenance of purchase invoices in AutoCount based on sales invoice details. It adds creditor-related fields, calculates purchase cost per sales invoice line, and groups details by creditor. When a sales invoice is saved, it creates or updates related purchase invoices, copies item, quantity, tax, discount, customer, policy, and inter-billing information, and links documents through reference fields, keeping them synchronized on edit, delete, cancel, or copy. A ‘To PI’ button lets users quickly open the related purchase invoice.
